−### Information about our use of cookies−−1.1. Our sites use cookies to distinguish you from other users of our sites. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our sites, and also allows us to improve our sites. By continuing to browse the sites, you are agreeing to our use of cookies.−−### Consent to receive cookies−−2.1. A cookie is a small file of letters and numbers that we store in your browser or on the hard drive of your computer or device if you agree. Cookies contain information that it transferred to your computer’s hard drive.−−2.2. We use the following cookies:−−#### Strictly Necessary Cookies−−These are cookies that are required for the operation of our sites. They include, for example, cookies that enable you to log in to secure areas of our website, use a shopping cart or make use of e-billing services.−−#### Analytical/performance cookies−−These allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around on our sites when they are using them. This helps us to improve the way our sites work, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily.−−#### Functionality cookies−−These are used to recognise you when you return to our sites. This enables us to personalise our content for you, greet you by name and remember your preferences (for example, your choice of language or region).−−#### Targeting cookies−−These cookies record your visit to our sites, the pages you have visited and the links you have followed. We will use this information to make our website and the advertising displayed on them more relevant to your interests. We may also share this information with third parties for this purpose.−−2.3. Please note that third parties (including, for example, advertising networks and providers of external services like web traffic analysis services) may also use cookies, over which we have no control. These cookies are likely to be analytics/tracking performance cookies or targeting cookies.−−2.4. You block cookies by activating the setting on your browser that allows you to refuse the setting of all or some cookies. If you use your browser settings to block all cookies, however, you may not be able to access all parts of our site.−−2.5. Except for essential cookies, all cookies will expire after 120 days.+### About this notice++1.1. This notice explains how our websites use cookies and similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage. It applies to every website run by DOS & Co. Ltd. and its brands.++1.2. A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser so that it can recognise the browser later. Local storage does the same job without being sent back to the website.++### Your choices++2.1. We only use cookies and storage that need your consent once you have given it. On our sites, your choices are recorded by our consent tool, Cookiebot, or through their own cookie banner.++2.2. You can change or withdraw your choices at any time through "Cookie settings" at the foot of every page. A withdrawal takes effect straight away.++2.3. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, parts of our websites may not work.++### The cookies and storage we use++#### **Strictly necessary**++3.1. These are needed for our websites to work, so they do not need your consent.++- Your consent choices. Cookiebot stores them in a cookie called CookieConsent for up to 12 months. Our other websites store them in your browser's local storage.+- A sign-in hint. If you sign in to one of our client portals, the portal sets a cookie called dos_hint for 30 days. It lets our websites show you a link back to your portal. It does not sign you in or give access to anything.++#### **Preferences**++3.2. These remember choices you make on our websites, such as light or dark appearance and the type of visitor you told us you are. They are kept in your browser's local storage until you clear it.++#### **Statistics**++3.3. We count visits and see how visitors move around our websites using our own measurement tool, a page speed measure and, on some of our websites, Plausible. None of these stores anything on your device that identifies you.++3.4. With your consent to statistics cookies, some of our websites also use Google Analytics, which sets cookies whose names begin with _ga for up to two years. With the same consent, when we test a change to a page, we remember which version you saw so that you see the same one on your next visit.++#### **Marketing**++3.5. These are used only with your consent.++- Recognising you on later visits. Our measurement tool stores a cookie called ic_pid for two years so that it can recognise your browser and, if you send us your details, link your visits to you. You consent to this by accepting marketing cookies, or by sending a form that shows our consent statement.+- Salespanel, which tells us which organisation a visit comes from and sets its own cookies.+- Pipedrive LeadBooster, our website chat, which sets its own cookies to keep a conversation open.++3.6. The cookie settings on Cookiebot-served sites list each of these cookies by name, with its provider and how long it lasts.++### Withdrawing consent++4.1. To withdraw any consent, open "Cookie settings". Declining marketing cookies there, or clearing the data our website has stored, also withdraws a consent you gave by sending a form and removes the ic_pid cookie.++### Changes to this notice++5.1. We will update this notice when the cookies we use change. The version and the date it took effect are shown at the top.v1.0
